Licensed Know-How Rights

Licensed Know-How Rights. Imprimis' rights in all trade secret or other know-how rights as of the Effective Date regarding the Technology, excluding the Assigned Know-How Rights and Assigned Patent Rights.

Licensed Know-How Rights. All of Halozyme's rights (including Halozyme's grantback rights from third parties to the extent sublicensable) in all trade secret and other know-how relating to PH20 Drug that are necessary or useful to develop, obtain regulatory approval for, manufacture, commercialize or use Products in the Licensed Field

Licensed Know-How Rights. Collectively, all trade secret and Know-How rights of CyDex at the Effective Date or during the term of this Agreement as necessary or useful to practice the inventions described in Licensed Patents for the purpose hereof, which relate to the preparation, combination and/or formulation of the Compound with Captisol, including proprietary and confidential information contained in the Captisol Data Package

Licensed Know-How Rights. Collectively, Imprimis' rights in all trade secret and other know-how rights reasonably necessary for the formulation, making or use of the Products in the Territory in the Field.

Licensed Know-How Rights. All trade secret and other know-how rights in and to all data, information, compositions and other technology (including, but not limited to, formulae, procedures, processes, methods, protocols, techniques and results of experimentation and testing) which are necessary or useful for Imprimis to make, use, develop, sell or market the Product, or to practice any method or process, at any time claimed or disclosed in any issued patent or pending patent application within the Licensed Patent Rights... or which otherwise relates to the Product or derivatives, enhancements, improvements and other modifications thereof, or methods of manufacture or uses of any of the foregoing that are subject to patents or patent applications that share common priority date with the patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit A. Licensed Know-How Rights. All trade secret and other know-how rights related to the Technology owned by, or licensed to (with the right to grant sublicenses), TGV or any of its Affiliates, whether existing as of the Effective Date or derived at any time after the Effective Date
