Licensed Know How. All patented or unpatented inventions, discoveries, technical data, trade secrets, methods, processes, apparatus and techniques that are owned or controlled by Licensor and are necessary or useful for the marketing, sale, distribution and support of Licensed Products in Licensed Field.

Licensed Know How. Means all Information that is (a) Controlled by Licensor of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time during the Term, (b) not generally known, and (c) necessary or useful for the Exploitation of the Licensed Compound and/or any Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory; excluding any Information published in a Licensed Patent.

Licensed Know How. The documented information, techniques, technology, practices, trade secrets, inventions, data, results and records in Licensor's possession and control as of the Effective Date or at any time during the Term relating to the inventions claimed or described in the Licensed Patent Rights

Means certain technical information and know how that is not generally known in the relevant industry or which affords a possessor of the information a commercial or business advantage, which is owned or licensed by ESG, and relates to or is useful in the manufacture or use of a Licensed Product.

Licensed Know How. Licensed Know How.
