Example Definitions of "Licensed Knowhow"
Licensed Knowhow. Shall mean any and all Know-How (a) acquired by the Licensor pursuant to the APA as of the Effective Date and (b) within the Improvements assigned to the Licensor pursuant to Section 8.2.2 of this Agreement during the Term, in each case related to the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Knowhow.
