Licensed Method

Example Definitions of "Licensed Method"
Licensed Method. Means any process, art or method the use or practice of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.
Licensed Method. Means any process, art process or method the use or practice of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Valid Claim within the Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.

Licensed Method. Any process, method, or use or practice of which would constitute, but for the license granted to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement, an infringement of any issued patent claim within Rutgers Patent Rights.
Licensed Method. Any process, service, or method covered by a Valid Claim within Regents' Patent Rights or whose use or practice would, absent the license granted under this Agreement, constitute an infringement, inducement of infringement or contributory infringement of any Valid Claim within Regents' Patent Rights.
