Licensed Method

Example Definitions of "Licensed Method"
Licensed Method. Means any process, art or method the use or practice of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.
Licensed Method. Means any process, art process or method the use or practice of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Valid Claim within the Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.

Licensed Method. Means any process, service, or method that is covered by a Valid Claim within Patent Rights, the use of which would constitute (absent this Agreement) an infringement, an inducement to infringe, or contributory infringement of any Valid Claim within Patent Rights.
Licensed Method. Means any method, procedure or process whose use or practice is within the scope of any Valid Claim of any Licensed Patents including but not limited to any service or part of selling a service, licensing a method of use or other means of deriving commercial benefit from Licensed Products.
Licensed Method. Means any method or process that, if used or performed by Bare Escentuals without the license granted in Section 2.1, would infringe one or more claims of a Licensed Patent.
Licensed Method. Means any process or method the use or practice of which, but for the license granted pursuant to this Agreement, (a) would infringe, or contribute to or induce the infringement of, a Valid Claim of any issued, unexpired patent under Patent Rights, or (b) is covered by a claim in a pending patent application under Patent Rights. Licensed Method. Means any method the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to Pangenix under the Master License and to AviGenics under this Agreement, an infringement of any pending or issued claim within Patent Rights.
Licensed Method. Any process, method, or use or practice of which would constitute, but for the license granted to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement, an infringement of any issued patent claim within Rutgers Patent Rights.
Licensed Method. Any process, service, or method covered by a Valid Claim within Regents' Patent Rights or whose use or practice would, absent the license granted under this Agreement, constitute an infringement, inducement of infringement or contributory infringement of any Valid Claim within Regents' Patent Rights.
Licensed Method. Any method, the practice of which would, but for the grant of rights hereunder, infringe a Valid Claim (in the case of a Valid Claim that has not yet issued, assuming that such Valid Claim has issued).
Licensed Method. Any process or method that is covered by the Princeton Patent Rights whose use or practice would constitute, but for the license granted to BioNanomatrix pursuant to this Agreement, an infringement of a Valid Claim of the Princeton Patent Rights.
