Example Definitions of "Licensed Process"
Licensed Process. Shall mean any process that, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS or which uses a LICENSED PRODUCT.
Licensed Process. Shall mean any process that, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS RIGHTS, or which uses TECHNICAL INFORMATION, or which uses a LICENSED PRODUCT.

Licensed Process. Any process which is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired claim or a pending claim contained in the PATENT RIGHTS.

Licensed Process. Means any process or method which is covered in whole or in part by an Intellectual Property right contained in the Licensed Technology.
