Licensed Product Data

Licensed Product Data. The term 'Licensed Product Data' shall mean any data, information or other materials exclusively controlled by Licensee, including without limitation pre-clinical, clinical and other regulatory data, generated or produced by or on behalf of Licensee directly relating to a Licensed Product and which is generated or produced after the Effective Date.
