Licensed ProductLicensed Service

Licensed ProductLicensed Service. Shall mean: any product or service the development, manufacture, use, sale, distribution, rental or lease of which cannot be developed, manufactured, used, sold, distributed, rented or leased without infringing, in the relevant jurisdiction, a claim of a Licensed Patent that has neither expired nor has been declared invalid by a court from which no appeal has been or can be taken.
