Licensed Products and Services
Licensed Products and Services. Shall mean any product one of whose uses is covered in whole or in part by one or more Valid Claims or that is discovered, developed or made using a method or process that is covered in whole or in part by a Valid Claim (a "Licensed Product") and any service, or part thereof, that is covered in whole or in part by one or more Valid Claims (a "Licensed Service").
