Licensed PSI Patents. Those PSI Patents listed in Exhibit B to this Agreement (as of the Effective Date includes only those PSI Patents that have been asserted in the Litigation against Stamps.com), as may be amended from time to time pursuant to this Agreement, and all worldwide Related Patents of said patents.
