Licensed PSP Developer Agreement
Licensed PSP Developer Agreement. Or "PSP LDA" means a valid and current license agreement for the development of Licensed PSP Products for the PSP Player, fully executed between a Licensed PSP Developer and SCEA or an Affiliate of SCEA.
