Licensed Semiconductor Technology
Licensed Semiconductor Technology. Means (i) IP blocks, (ii) standards cells, and (iii) other semiconductor design technology, in each case for which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by Licensor (or which Licensor has the right to license consistent with the terms hereof with no cost to Licensor) and in each case as described in Exhibit C, and in each case that are used to design integrated circuits for manufacture in the Facility as of the Closing Date.
