Licensed Stamps Patents. Those Stamps Patents listed in Exhibit D to this Agreement (as of the Effective Date includes only those Stamps Patents that have been asserted in the Litigation and the Prior Litigation against PSI), as may be amended from time to time pursuant to this Agreement, and all worldwide Related Patents of said patents.
