Licensed Technical Information. Shall mean know-how, formulations, confidential information, and physical materials existing as of the Effective Date and conveyed by Columbia to the Company relating to the Licensed Patents, as set forth and listed in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
