Licensed Technical Information

Licensed Technical Information. Shall mean know-how, formulations, confidential information, and physical materials existing as of the Effective Date and conveyed by Columbia to the Company relating to the Licensed Patents, as set forth and listed in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Licensed Technical Information. Licensed Technical Information. Means the existing documentation (in tangible or electronic form), information, data and materials used in the Facility, or otherwise in Licensor's possession, as of the Closing Date relating to or necessary for describing the Licensed Process Technology.
