Licensed Technology and KnowHow

Licensed Technology and KnowHow. Shall mean any technology, materials, clones, chemicals, biologicals, data, information, know-how, documents, and software that is owned by Stratagene immediately before its merger with Agilent, including business reasonable access to Agilent employees working in the business which was operated by Stratagene immediately before the merger, for consultation for purposes of Catalyst developing Licensed Products.
