Licensed Trade Secrets. Means Licensor's proprietary rights in and to the Technology under applicable trade secret law/the Economic Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. ยงยง 1831 to 1839), as amended by the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016, or applicable state trade secret law.
