Licensee Agreement

Licensee Agreement. Means the written agreement each Licensee shall execute either directly with NEOMAGIC or with any of its Subsidiaries in order to obtain the right to manufacture, use or sell products incorporating or embodying all or part of the Patent Rights; provided that if any Licensee Agreement is renegotiated by NEOMAGIC or by any of its Subsidiaries, it shall continue to be deemed a Licensee Agreement.
