LICENSEE Development Information

LICENSEE Development Information. Means all information, data (including, without limitation, testing, production, marketing and sales data), results, and documents generated by or on behalf of LICENSEE after the Effective Date with respect to LICENSEE's development and commercialization of Licensed Products. For the avoidance of doubt, "LICENSEE Development Information" shall not include any of the Existing Study Data, Licensed Know-How or Regulatory File as of the Effective Date.
