Licensee Facilities

Licensee Facilities. Means the manufacturing facility owned or controlled by Licensee, located in Slovenia or other additional licensed countries; provided, however, there shall be only one Licensee Facility, which shall be in Slovenia, where the Media Production Technology is employed.
