Licensee Guaranteed Obligations

Licensee Guaranteed Obligations. FREYR hereby absolutely, unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to Licensor the due, full and punctual fulfillment of Licensee's obligations under this Agreement (the "Licensee Guaranteed Obligations"). If, for any reason whatsoever, Licensee shall fail or be unable to duly, punctually and fully perform the Licensee Guaranteed Obligations, FREYR will forthwith perform or cause to be performed, the Licensee Guaranteed Obligations.
