Licensee IP. Any new ideas, inventions, compositions of matter, biological, chemical or physical materials, progeny, derivatives, products, methodologies, data, reports, materials, know-how, services, computer programs or other works of authorship that are conceived, created, authored, reproduced, modified, treated, purified, isolated, fractionated, tested or reduced to practice by Licensee, together with all Intellectual Property rights in all of the foregoing
