Licensee Modification

Licensee Modification. A change in, subtraction from or addition to the Analog Technology made by Licensee in the making of a modification or derivative thereof pursuant to the license grants in Section 2 of this Agreement. The meaning of Licensee Modification will be interpreted in accordance with and guided by with the examples set forth on Appendix K
