LICENSEE MODIFIED CELLS. Any and all modifications, derivatives, proprietary components or progeny of the LIFE CELLS that are made or obtained by LICENSEE, its AUTHORIZED AFFILIATE and/or SERVICE PROVIDERS as allowed under this AGREEMENT and that express LICENSEE PROTEIN(S) For clarity, LICENSEE MODIFIED CELLS, are subject to LIFE RIGHTS and the terms of this AGREEMENT.
