Licensee Products or Services

Licensee Products or Services. Products and services that are developed by or for Licensee or provided by Licensee and as to which right, title and interest are primarily owned by Licensee. Licensee Products or Services which utilize the Licensed Patents, per the license grant under this Agreement, are called “Targeted Accessibility Products or Services,” as described in Section 2.2 below.
