The system owned or licensed by Licensee underlying Licensee's Internet service, and including, without limitation, any and all technology, know-how, trade secrets, inventions, standardized subroutines, computer programs, software tools, processes, coding, works of authorship, development tools and programming techniques which are incorporated therein (excluding Kaltura Software and Hosted Services)
