Licenses. Licenses.

Licenses. Means, to the extent their transfer is permitted under the terms thereof or under applicable Laws, all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority (including applications therefor) utilized in the conduct of the Business that are listed on Schedule D hereto.

Licenses. Means, with respect to a Grantor, any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests now held or hereafter acquired by such Grantor.

Licenses. Has the meaning given to such term in Recital B.

Licenses. Shall mean the patent, trademark or copyright license agreements of Borrower as any of the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented and those licenses which are hereafter obtained or acquired by Borrower.

Licenses. Means, collectively, all license agreements regarding Patents, Trademarks or Copyrights with any other party, whether the Grantor is a licensor or licensee under any such license agreement, and the right to prepare for sale, sell and advertise for sale all Inventory now or hereafter owned by the Grantor and now or hereafter covered by such licenses.

Licenses. Shall mean all certificates, licenses, and permits issued by Governmental Entities in connection with the ownership, leasing, use, occupancy, operation, and maintenance of the Facilities, including the Healthcare Permits.

Licenses. Exclusive license to the Product on the terms and conditions set forth herein

Licenses. Means, with respect to any Person, all of such Person's right, title, and interest in and to (a) any and all licensing agreements or similar arrangements in and to its Patents, Copyrights, or Trademarks, (b) all income, royalties, damages, claims, and payments now or hereafter due or payable under and with respect thereto, including, without limitation, damages and payments for past and future breaches thereof, and (c) all rights to sue for past, present, and future breaches thereof.
