Licensing Control

Licensing Control. With respect to any Technology, possession of the right, whether directly or indirectly, and whether by ownership, license or otherwise, to grant a license, sublicense or other right to or under, such Technology, as contemplated by this Agreement without violating the terms of any agreement with a third party.
