Licensor Marks
Licensor Marks. Means all copyrights, trade names, logos, trademarks and service marks now or hereafter owned by Licensor, including without limitation "X-10", "X10" and similar marks. The Licensor Marks, as they presently exist, are described in greater detail on Exhibit A attached hereto.
