Licensor Products

Licensor Products. Means those products described as Kepler, and/or products which contain Licensor's exclusive intellectual property, provided firmware and other enhancements to the Licensor's hardware or firmware defined within this agreement, and subsequently identified Products in subsequent agreements as Exclusive Products of the Licensor, except OEM Products.
