LICENSOR RETAIL STORES. Shall mean freestanding specialty and outlet stores, in-store concessions, and direct-to-consumer operations (including Internet e-commerce sites and direct mail operations) under the Trademarks, whether operated by Licensor or any of its Affiliates or licensees.
