Lien Assumption Costs. Any and all costs, expenses or other fees, including, without limitation, any review fees, transfer fees and other costs, expenses and fees provided for in the Loan Documents or otherwise, associated with assuming the Loan. The Lien Assumption Costs shall be paid by Buyer to the Lender at the Closing.
