Lighthouse Warrants

Lighthouse Warrants. Means (i) that certain Preferred Stock Purchase Warrant, issued by the Company on December 30, 2008 to Lighthouse Capital Partners VI, L.P., (ii) that certain Preferred Stock Purchase Warrant, issued by the Company on January 27, 2010 to 2 Lighthouse Capital Partners VI, L.P, and (iii) that certain Preferred Stock Purchase Warrant, issued by the Company on April 16, 2010 to Lighthouse Capital Partners Vi, L.P.
