Limited Conditionality Termination Date. The earliest of (a) January 27, 2022, (b) the date a public announcement is made by the Borrower of its intention not to proceed with the Vestcom Acquisition and (c) the date of receipt by the Administrative Agent of written notice from the Borrower of its election to terminate the Limited Conditionality Period.
