Limited Rent Guaranty

Limited Rent Guaranty. Shall mean that certain Limited Rent Guaranty, dated as of the Effective Date, made by MI in favor of HPTMI, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as therein or herein provided.
