Line of Business. Line of Business of the Company means any line of business of the subsidiary of the Company by which Participant was employed as of the Last Day of Employment, as well as any one or more lines of business of any other subsidiary of the Company by which Participant was employed during the two-year period preceding the Last Day of Employment, provided that, if Participant's employment was, as of the Last Day of Employment or during the two-year period immediately prior to the Last Day of...
