Link Patent Rights

Link Patent Rights. Means the U.S. patent applications set forth in items 2(a) and (b) of Exhibit A attached hereto, and any foreign counterparts throughout the world, including any renewal, division, continuation or continuation-in-part of any such applications and any patents issuing thereon, and any reissues, extensions, substitutions, confirmations, registrations, revalidations, revisions and additions of or to any such patents.
