Lipid Panel AddOn. Means a standard lipid panel assay which may be added to the Test at the request of the customer at no additional cost for Reference Testing Services. The addition of the Lipid Panel Add-On to the Test is subject to scientific and compliance approval and acceptance by LabCorp.
