Liquid Securities
Liquid Securities. Means securities (i) that are listed on a securities exchange or designated as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system, such as the NASDAQ National Market List, or (ii) that are eligible to be so listed or designated and for which there is a commitment or plan at closing of the Change in Control or Initial Public Offering for such listing or designation to occur within one year after such closing.
