Liquidated Damages Event. Action or omission by the Company that individually or when considered with other actions or omissions previously taken or omitted by the Company constitute a repudiation by the Company of this Agreement depriving the Advisor of the benefit that the Advisor could reasonably anticipate from full performance by the Company of its obligations hereunder.
