Example Definitions of "Liquidation Account"
Liquidation Account. The account that represents the potential interest of the Eligible Account Holders and Supplemental Eligible Account Holders in exchange for their interest in the MHC in connection with the Conversion and Reorganization, as described in Section 15.
Liquidation Account. The account established by the Holding Company that represents the potential interest of the Eligible Account Holders and Supplemental Eligible Account Holders in exchange for their interest in the MHC in connection with the Conversion and Reorganization, as described in Section 15.
View Variations
Liquidation Account. The account representing the liquidation interests received by Eligible Account Holders and Supplemental Eligible Account Holders in exchange for their interest in the MHC in connection with the Conversion and Reorganization, as in accordance with Section 15 hereof.
Liquidation Account. The account established by the Holding Company as described in Section 19 representing the liquidation interests in the Holding Company that will be issued to Eligible Account Holders and Supplemental Eligible Account Holders in connection with the Mid-Tier Merger in exchange for their interests in the Mid-Tier Holding Company as part of the Conversion.
