Liquidation Preference

Example Definitions of "Liquidation Preference"
Liquidation Preference. Means, as to the Convertible Preferred Stock, $25 per share.
Liquidation Preference. With respect to a share of Series B-[ ] Preferred Stock means, as at any date, the sum of (x) $1,000.00 plus (y) any Special Amount with respect to such share plus (z) an amount equal to any accrued and unpaid Preferred Dividends (as defined in Section 4(a)) with respect to such share from the last Dividend Payment Date through such date.
Liquidation Preference. Means, with respect to each share of Series C Preferred Stock, $10,000 (subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 2(d) and subject to adjustment to reflect any stock split, combination, reclassification or similar event involving the Series C Preferred Stock).
Liquidation Preference. Shall mean, with respect to each share of the Series D Preferred Stock, $10.00, subject to equitable adjustment from time to time pursuant to Section 10(c), plus an amount equal to all dividends declared and unpaid to the date of such liquidation, without interest, if any.
