Example Definitions of "Liquidation Price"
Liquidation Price. With respect to any share of Series A Preferred Stock, the amount equal to the sum of (i) the Stated Value per share and (ii) accrued, but unpaid, cumulative dividends, if any, on such share of Series A Preferred Stock from the date immediately following the Final Approval Date to, but excluding, the date of the Liquidation.
Liquidation Price. With respect to any share of Series A B Preferred Stock, the amount equal to the sum of (i) the Stated Value per share and (ii) accrued, but unpaid, cumulative dividends, if any, on such share of Series A B Preferred Stock from the date immediately following the Final Approval Date to, but excluding, the date of the Liquidation.

Liquidation Price. Measured per share of the Series A Preferred Stock as of any date of determination shall mean the sum of (i) $1.00 plus (ii) an amount equal to all unpaid dividends (whether or not declared) accrued from (and including) the immediately preceding Dividend Payment Date with respect to such share that have been added to and then remain part of the Liquidation Price as of such date.
