Example Definitions of "Liquidity Event"
Liquidity Event. The sale or sales by Sponsor, in one or a series of transactions, of at least 50% of their aggregate direct or indirect equity interest in the Company to any Person or Persons (other than an Affiliate) in which Sponsor receives cash or marketable securities.
