Liquidity Facility

Liquidity Facility. Means the Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Borrower, Foothill Capital Corporation, as arranger and administrative agent, Ableco Finance LLC, as collateral agent, and the lenders party thereto, as such Loan and Security Agreement may be amended, restated, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Senior Notes Indenture and the Junior Notes Indenture.
