Liquidity Ratio

Example Definitions of "Liquidity Ratio"
Liquidity Ratio. Shall mean, as of the date of determination thereof, a ratio: (a) the numerator of which is the sum of all unrestricted cash and cash equivalents deposited in accounts maintained at the Bank as of the date of such determination, and (b) the denominator of which is the Credit Limit.
Liquidity Ratio. Means the ratio of (i) the sum of (a) Quick Assets, plus (b) Accounts to (ii) the aggregate amount of outstanding Obligations.
Liquidity Ratio. The ratio of Unrestricted Cash to Funded Debt
