Liquidity. With respect to Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as of any date of determination thereof, the sum of unencumbered cash and cash equivalents; provided, however, solely for the purpose of this calculation, cash and cash equivalents pledged in favor of the Administrative Agent in connection with the Loan Documents shall not constitute as encumbered
Liquidity. As of the date of determination thereof, the sum of (a) the Unrestricted Cash, Cash Equivalent and Marketable Securities Amount on such date plus (b) the Available Unused Commitments on such date.

Liquidity. As of any date of determination, the sum of (a) Seller's unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents and (b) with respect to Seller, the balance in the Over/Under Account exclusive of funds held due to a Margin Deficit or Margin Call. By way of example but not limitation, cash in escrow and/or impound accounts shall not be included in this calculation.
Liquidity. Shall mean, with respect to AG MIT and any date, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the amount of cash and cash equivalents held by AG MIT, (ii) an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of the aggregate market value of any unpledged and unencumbered agency securities held by AG MIT, and (iii) an amount equal to ninety-eight percent (98%) of the aggregate market value of any U.S. Treasury securities held by AG MIT, in each case determined in accordance with GAAP.
