Listed Representatives

Listed Representatives. Of a party means, at any time, that party's employees, agents, and contractors then working on the Collaboration on behalf of that party, as such individuals are identified by that party by written notice to the other party. A party's notice of Listed Representatives shall be in effect until a subsequent such notice by that party modifying the list.
