Listing Date

Listing Date. The first date upon which the Company's Common Stock is (i) listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange,(ii) designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system if such securities exchange or interdealer quotation system has been certified or (iii) quoted on any recognized securities quotation system (such as the OTC Bulletin Board/OTCQB Market).

Listing Date. The first date upon which any security of the Company is listed upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated upon notice of issuance on a nationally-recognized stock exchange or interdealer quotation system.
