Listings

Listings. Shall mean the listing of the names, addresses, pricing and -------- other identifying information of each MBE Center which is a party to a Subscription Agreement (as defined in Section 3(b)).

Listings. Means any yellow page listing information or associated advertising for businesses located in the Territory and includes both Intelius Listings and Yellow Book Listings. Listings. Service Subscriber list information consisting of name, address, telephone number, zip code and other associated information furnished by Telephone Company to Directory Company. Telephone Company shall identify any information, which Service Subscribers desire to be suppressed from the Directory.
