Litigation Parties

Litigation Parties. Means, collectively, BDT AG, BDT-Solutions Gmbh & Co. KG, BDT Automation Technology (Zhuhai FTZ), BDT de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., BDT Products, Inc., Dell, Inc., International Business Machines Corp., any other Person added as a party to the Patent Litigation, the Affiliates of all of the foregoing and their respective successors and assigns.
