LLC Agreement

LLC Agreement. The Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of June 29, 2007, among the parties from time to time party thereto, as amended from time to time pursuant to its terms.

LLC Agreement. Means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Owner, dated as of February 23, 2017.

LLC Agreement. Is defined in the Recitals.

LLC Agreement. Means the limited liability company agreement governing the affairs of the Company, as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.

LLC Agreement. The Amended and Restated Limited Liability Operating Agreement of ERC dated as of October 24, 2001, as amended by that certain 2 Amendment dated July 31, 2002 (as amended, the "LLC Agreement")

LLC Agreement. Means that certain Limited Liability Company Agreement of TSI Telecommunication Holdings, LLC, dated as of February 14, 2002.

LLC Agreement. Means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of the date hereof among the parties from time to time party thereto, as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms thereof.

LLC Agreement. Means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated February 14, 2002, among those Persons who from time to time are parties thereto, as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms thereof.

LLC Agreement. Means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of TSI Telecommunication Holdings, LLC, dated February 14, 2002 among the parties from time to time party thereto.

LLC Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Plan that are not defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the LLC's Limited Liability Company Amended and Restated Operating Agreement dated as of March 29, 2002, as amended from time to time thereafter (the "LLC Agreement").
