LLC Agreement

LLC Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of October 17, 2007, as amended from time to time

LLC Agreement. LLC Agreement. In the Recitals.

LLC Agreement. Terms defined in the LLC Agreement are used in this Agreement with the same meanings assigned to them in the LLC Agreement

LLC Agreement. Means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company dated as of December 29, 2008 between the Company and Denbury Gathering and Marketing, Inc., as amended by the First Amendment dated as of the date hereof and as further amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

LLC Agreement. The Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, as amended from time to time.
